JETs Vol. 26-14: CL-13 Sabre Mk.6
JETs Vol. 26-14 may be the prettiest thing we’ve ever released. The CL-13 Sabre – known also as the Canadair Sabre was a license-built version of the F-86 for the RCAF. Several different Mks were produced, and some differed quite a bit from the stock F-86.
26-14 was cut from one side of a vertical stab that belonged to S/N 23679, aka AX-679. A CL-13 Sabre Mk.6, this jet was flown by the No. 421 Red Indian Squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) based in Grostenquin, France in the 1950s. It’s famous for its striking livery and can be purchased as a diecast model from several different vendors.
12 total color variants of Sabre are up for grabs. Additionally, this release features the option to choose your tag art: 8380 LE (laser etched), 8380 Color Printed, and Planform. Please see the "Tag Art" photo for examples.
This release also features card art by a new artist we are honored to work with: 8380 Laboratories. 8380 will be a regular part of the line up.
Only 256 Sabre Mk.6 JETs are available with extremely limited quantities of many variants.
