Shipping

Our products are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days after an order is placed, unless otherwise stated. 

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage for domestic US addresses, and USPS First Class International for non US addresses. DHL is available for international orders for an extra charge. We do not ship to China or Russia due to significant shipping delays and multiple misplaced packages.

We understand many customers place multiple orders on product release days rather than taking time to fill their cart with all desired items.  In this situation, a customer may use the discount code "SENDIT" to receive free shipping on ANY ORDER AFTER THEIR INITIAL ORDER to receive free shipping on those subsequent orders.  If a customer uses the SENDIT code incorrectly by applying it to a single order, we will invoice the cost of applicable shipping fees.

Items that are listed as US SHIPPING ONLY are items we have elected to not export or ship to known freight forwarders based on recommendations by export compliance consultants, and unless otherwise stated, is the most conservative approach to ensure export compliance. This policy may not reflect actual DoD or United States Government export law.

By buying any Jet Eyes product you agree to not export/transfer/sell/ any of our products outside the United States nor to any foreign person items that are export restricted without the proper authorization, documentation, and licensing.
