All panels used for this run were written off for various reasons and eventually made their way to a parts recycler after DRMO. All were tagged. Engineers and aircrew at Pax River were consulted for this run to ensure proper disposal and technical accuracy.
Vol. 25-25 was cut from two different panels: Panel 7RT2 removed from BuNo 166480, and Panel 7LB3 (no BuNo was marked). Some JETs from Vol. 25-25 feature an experimental metallic paint that was tested on early MV-22s. It was not used on operational/fleet aircraft. The paint itself was not controlled once applied to the aircraft, however, JETs featuring this paint will be limited to US customers.
Vol. 25-25 Variants (pictured are examples of JETs. All are different and some may feature subtle differences in color spread and finish):
Aircraft 166480 variants: Dark grey, NO STEP, Blade Fairing, and Non-skid.
Panel 7LB3 variants: Dark grey, Light Grey, Multi-Color, NO STEP, Non-skid, and Interior Carbon Fiber. **NOTE: THE IMAGES USED FOR PANEL 7LB3 NO STEP AND NON-SKID DEPICT THE TAGS FOR 166480. THEY ARE VERY SIMILAR IN COLOR AND FINISH, BUT WILL NOT INCLUDE THE BUNO ON THE TAG OR CARD.**
7LB3 Light Grey and 166480 Interior Carbon Fiber are available for international shipping. All other variants are limited to US customers only and are not available for export.

The card art by James Martin features aircraft 166480 flying at dusk with green blade tips. All 25-25 JETs will come with a translucent green and a glow-in-the-dark “Bone!” The Interior Carbon Fiber will also ship with a Galaxy Black Bone. Bones are the hanging hooks we manufacture here that hold our tags onto the cards. They can also be used on peg board that we will be releasing soon.
One unique aspect of the panels we used for this release is they feature a copper mesh under the paint. This mesh is visible on the Blade Fairing JETs etching and on the edges of all exterior JETs. We had some Copper PLA on the shelf and will be offering a pack of Osprey Bones with this run that come with this Copper Bone and one of our Aluminum ones.
