Shipping & Returns
All tags are made in small batches to meet demand. Most items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Currently, all tags will ship via USPS Priority mail for domestic US addresses, and USPS First Class International for non US addresses. DHL is available for international orders for an extra charge. JET EYES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS CAN TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO ARRIVE, AND ARE OFTEN MISPLACED. DHL SHIPPING (FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED, AND SHORTENS THE TRANSIT TIME TO TO 3-5 DAYS. Jet-Eyes does not ship to China or Russia due to significant shipping delays and multiple misplaced packages. Shipping is also not available to addresses in Iran, North Korea, or other countries that we choose not to ship to. ​Jet-Eyes also reserves the right to not ship a tag to any address or customer for any reason we see fit. Some tags are only available for shipping to US addresses.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from when you tag arrives by contacting us at support@jeteyes.com. If you have requested that your order(s) be held to ship with future orders, the 7 day return window begins when you original order(s) was placed. All tags are unique. The pictures on the product listings represent examples and your tag may differ. We do not take special requests and will not send you a picture of your tag prior to shipping. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
